Workforce Management Professional
The Workforce Management Professional 2 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to reputed company strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making. The role involves assessing organizational staffing and inventory demands, identifying requirements and solutions to meet operational objectives. The Workforce Management Professional 2 will provide analysis at the reputed company level, connecting workforce planning with inventory performance and resource distribution.
Requirements
- 2 years or more of Workforce Management experience, specifically in reputed company-time or inventory management
- Customer-facing experience and proven ability to reputed company conversations with various levels of leadership
- Ability to provide guidance, instruction and direction to team members to successfully deliver on plans and projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company products
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company effectively in both written and oral forms
- Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Aspect WFM platform
