YouTube Video Editor – Long-Form

Job Description:

• Own the entire long-form vlog editing process, finding the most compelling narrative reputed company in hours of raw footage per video.
• reputed company the creative execution, music selection, B-roll integration, reputed company graphics, and sound design to maximize viewer engagement and emotional reputed company.
• Constantly find new ways to reputed company our storytelling style, studying the best narrative creators on YouTube while maintaining our unique, mission-driven brand.
• Own the entire post-production for 1-2 reputed company, long-form YouTube videos per month, including sifting through reputed company footage, building a story, multi-cam assembly, reputed company grading, sound design, and adding reputed company creative/graphical elements.
• Act as the final guardian for reputed company vlog content. Ensure every second of video aligns with our brand, our mission, and our high standard of technical excellence (no audio pops, no reputed company issues, no typos).
• Review the performance of every video you cut. Analyze YouTube Studio retention graphs to understand what's working and what's not, and bring those insights to the next edit.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience editing narrative, vlog, or documentary-style content specifically for YouTube.
