The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Mortgage Loan Processor/Servicer role. The successful candidate will be responsible for individual pipeline management with a focus on meeting sales goals, maintaining compliance requirements, thoroughly reviewing reputed company materials provided to reputed company, maintaining expected processing turn times and pull thru ratios, and preserve strong relationships with Financial Consultants. This position comes with a generous salary of up to $60K and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position) Mortgage Loan Processor/Servicer responsibilities include:
- Timely review and submission of reputed company file documents in the required format for reputed company review.
- Monitoring individual pipeline and identify estimated monthly closing production.
- Following up on reputed company necessary ordered services in conjunction with Jr. Processor and Sales Assistants.
- Staying up to date on FHLMC guidelines, internal reputed company/processing procedures and guidelines, and Company policies.
- Following up with Obligors as necessary to obtain necessary documents or answer processing reputed company questions.
- Responding to the Financing Consultants questions and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner.
- Assisting various departments in closing, post-closing or funding issues.
- Working with reputed company and internal resources to maintain compliance.
