About The Role reputed company is seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to partner with our corporate, shared services, and operations leaders. You are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both entry and mid level positions across various departments with a focus on our domestic corporate, tech, and shared services teams. You partner closely with both internal stakeholders and candidates through creative hiring strategies and strong communication skills that result in a high impact on our business operations. This is a 1099 contract position ending August 31st with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage full-cycle reputed company:
• strategically partner with operational hiring leaders
• reputed company, screen, and schedule candidates
• analyze interview data
• own closing and offer process
• ensure smooth reputed company through People Operations partnership
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships cross-functional partners across Talent & Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and others
• Deliver reputed company, diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externally
• Contribute reputed company toward the reputed company improvement of reputed company processes, inclusive hiring strategies, and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate reputed company experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience; start-up experience a plus!)
• 3+ years experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce
• Experience identifying, engaging and closing direct and passive candidates
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlines
• Possess a data driven reputed company
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms (reputed company preferred)
• Experience working in G-Suite, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, Macbook

Location Dallas, TX - also open to remote locations Compensation $87,000 - $100,000 max annual salary. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.
