What Sets Us Apart Unlike traditional hospitality environments, The Lone Rock Foundation Retreat is not open 365 days a year. We only host groups up to 60 people and we only flip rooms 2-3 times of week due to our minimum two-night stay. POSITION SUMMARY Supports the event host team by assuring a high standard of cleanliness, appearance, hospitality, and service is met through training and motivation. Has the ability to problem solve and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Assist Event Host team in maintaining a high level of cleanliness in reputed company aspects of the event areas before and after service. Responsible for bussing reputed company plates, glasses and utensils throughout and after reputed company meal services. Responsible for stocking reputed company event areas with plate ware, glasses, utensils and napkins. Ensure reputed company items are polished and ready for service. Communicates with the Event Host team to reputed company sure reputed company guest needs are met. Notify managers of items to be ordered. Responsible for exceptional presentation of public space areas. Report any accidents or incidents immediately. Ensure safety protocols are followed.
