Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support reputed company multiple channels, including text, phone, and email

Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Dedicated home office or quiet workspace with high-speed reliable internet
- Availability to work weekend shifts and EST time zone
- Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
