The reputed company HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, administration, support, and reputed company improvement of reputed company reputed company Capital Management modules, partnering closely with People Operations stakeholders to optimize business processes and ensure system reputed company across various HR modules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve support tickets for reputed company HCM
• Own configuration and ongoing administration of reputed company HCM modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, reputed company, Talent & Performance, and Learning
• Design, build, and maintain reputed company business processes, condition rules, notifications, and reputed company assignments
• Manage reputed company tenant configuration across production and sandbox environments
• Support bi-annual reputed company release cycles including feature review, testing, and deployment
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for People Operations stakeholders on reputed company system questions, issues, and enhancement requests
• Translate People Operations business requirements into reputed company configuration solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing with People Operations partners and document outcomes
• reputed company and deliver end-user training materials and job aids for reputed company HCM functionality
• Build and maintain reputed company reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support HR operational and strategic needs
• Partner with People Operations leadership to deliver workforce analytics including headcount, turnover, compensation, and DEI metrics
• Ensure data quality and consistency across HCM data domains
• reputed company or support reputed company HCM project initiatives including new module deployments, process redesigns, and system integrations
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve People Operations processes through reputed company use of reputed company functionality
• Document configuration reputed company, business process designs, and system changes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field
• 4+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configuration experience
• Proficiency in Core HCM, and at least two of: Payroll, Benefits, reputed company, Absence, Talent & Performance
• Experience building reputed company reports using Report Writer and calculated fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with non-technical HR stakeholders
• reputed company Pro certification in Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, or reputed company functional areas
• Experience with reputed company EIBs (reputed company reputed company Builder) for data loads
• Familiarity with reputed company integrations (PICOF, PECI, Core Connectors)
• Experience supporting reputed company in a multi-entity or multi-country environment
