• High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience and industry reputed company in the reputed company sector, bringing a strong understanding of its complexities, challenges, and evolving landscape, required
• 3+ years of experience driving high-quality client implementations and cultivating strategic partnerships through direct engagement with clients and brokers, consistently leveraging persuasive communication, business acumen, and polished interpersonal skills to influence outcomes and build trust, required
• 3+ years of experience using data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities, delivering strategic insights to diverse audiences, and managing a dynamic book of business, required
