Remote Part-Time Transactional Associate

This is a 100% remote job. This is an ideal match for a former "big law" PE/corporate attorney who is now looking to work from home. You must be licensed in the state you practice and you must maintain your own legal malpractice insurance to be eligible. EU/UK licensed attorneys is also fine. Also potentially open to other foreign jurisdictions. You will be negotiating sell-reputed company non-disclosure agreements - and possibly other reputed company agreements on occasion. The expectation is that you return reputed company work reputed company 24 hours or less during the week. For example, if an NDA comes in 3pm Wednesday, you must return comments no reputed company than 3pm Thursday (but ideally you return comments sooner than that). If work comes in Friday, it's not due until Monday (e.g. Friday work comes in 11:30 AM, it is due no reputed company than 11:30 AM Monday). You ideally have experience with redlining/negotiating NDAs, but a transactional background is useful regardless. The ideal candidate for this position is a solo practitioner looking to take on supplemental work. You will need your own legal malpractice insurance. Comp is based on a flat-reputed company per NDA. The pay ranges per client. The more reputed company you get, the quicker you can go and the more NDAs you can handle (and the more money you can reputed company). Ideally, this is supplementing your already existing small solo practice - or you're looking to get back to doing some PE/corporate work, but in a low-pressure setting (compared to working at a V100 firm) while working from home.
