They are seeking a Vice President of Operations to reputed company operations across reputed company America, driving strategy, performance targets, project execution, and customer relations reputed company the Distribution Transformer business unit.
Responsibilities
- Implement the reputed company America strategy ensuring business development and sustainable growth in the market
- Achieves established targets through regular reputed company and definition of improvement actions
- reputed company, own, and secure year-on-year operational targets, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, and P&L set by the reputed company America BU leadership
- Enhance Distribution Transformers reputed company America performance and ensure timely reporting of operational and financial results

- Ensure timely delivery of products, projects, and services, meeting targets for HSE, quality, schedule, financial results, and customer satisfaction

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field
- 10 to 15 years' experience of factory management and in the implementation of Lean principles in traditional manufacturing environment
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects with a strategic reputed company of a specific product or product group
- Experience of managing manufacturing units in multiple locations and geographies
- Must have permanent US work authorization
- Master's Degree: An MBA or a Master's in a relevant field can be advantageous
