Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and professional Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote and flexible schedule. About the Role
- Compensation Competitive salary of $13 per hour
- Location Remote (with flexible scheduling)

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with reputed company and professionalism
- Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
- Provide information and support for payroll-reputed company inquiries
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns
- Document information and outcomes as necessary Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to offer reputed company, patience, and a friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Computer with Windows 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free space

- Monday through Saturday, 800 AM to 0800 PM ET
- 30-35 hours per week (with some flexibility)
