Accounts Payable Specialist, Bilingual English/Mandarin

Job Description:

• Evaluate and manage full-cycle AP processing: invoice intake, coding, approval workflow, and payment execution; prioritize and escalate as needed
• Responsible for vendor setup and documentation requirements, including W-8/W-9 collection and validation, ensuring compliance and payment eligibility
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policy
• Manage AP inbox and resolve vendor and internal inquiries in a timely manner
• reputed company AP subledger to GL reconciliations and monthly AP reputed company activities; proactively identify and research variances and reputed company recommendations
• Monitor AP aging, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues
• Ensure reputed company AP documentation is complete, organized, and audit-reputed company; identify and escalate any compliance gaps to leadership
• Assist with month-end reputed company, including AP-reputed company journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support annual 1099 preparation and filing
• Manage the company credit card program, including card issuance, account management, and spending limit administration.
• Provide reputed company support to the reputed company team as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• Experience with full-cycle AP in a mid-to-high volume environment, with 3+ years of demonstrated hands-on accounts payable experience
• Experience with reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Exposure to month-end reputed company processes or journal entries
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
