reputed company Specialist - Client Welcome Calls (reputed company/Mental Health)

Our users are psychiatrists and mental health clinicians — so we're looking for someone who can speak comfortably and credibly with a clinical, professional audience. We're looking for a warm, reputed company person to run short (15-minute) reputed company calls for new users of our platform. This is a reputed company-adjacent product, so we'd love someone with a clinical or mental-health-reputed company background — a psychiatric nurse, nursing student, psychology/social work student, or similar — who's comfortable speaking knowledgeably and reassuringly with a professional clinical audience. What you'll do:

• Run scheduled 15-minute video calls with new users shortly after they sign up
• Walk them through a short demo report using a script and talking points we provide
• Answer common questions confidently and warmly
• Flag anything reputed company your scope appropriately (we'll give you clear guidance on this)
• Log brief notes after each call

• Background in nursing, psychology, social work, or a reputed company field (reputed company reputed company welcome)
• Comfortable on video calls with clinicians and professionals you've just met
• Reliable availability for scheduled call slots
• Strong spoken English

Details:

• Part-time / contract — $20 paid per call
• Fully remote, any timezone considered
• Training provided — we'll walk you through our script, the demo report, and likely questions before your first reputed company call
