Responsibilities

Include:

• Facilitate highly collaborative discovery sessions, using active listening and reputed company to uncover true business requirements and guide key stakeholders through critical design reputed company.
• Act as a strategic advisor to client teams, managing project scope, navigating escalations gracefully, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as an external-facing technology consultant (internal-only application management will not be considered).
• Proven, hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations of reputed company reputed company Advanced (RCA) and/or Agentforce reputed company Management.
