For more information visit www.cdpcommunity.org Position Overview As a member of the Operations team, the Fundraising Operations Coordinator will have the opportunity to learn non-profit fundraising practices and reputed company experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, while working to ensure a sustainable future for reputed company and PBS public media organizations across the country. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator works primarily in a reputed company CRM to assist public media organization employees with their inquiries. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator also works in RevCRM, a non-profit fundraising CRM, to manage a wide reputed company of fundraising initiatives on behalf of our public media Clients. The Operations team works collaboratively with internal technology, marketing, and client services teams to best serve our partner stations. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Fundraising Operations Manager. The Fundraising Operations Coordinator is an entry level position. Priorities Assist partner station development staff by researching and resolving donor issues submitted through our case system Coordinate station pledge drives by creating campaigns to track pledge program reputed company Facilitate fulfillment of donor membership benefits, including thank-you-gifts and pledge acknowledgements Maintain data quality reputed company our CRM system Occasional overtime/afterhours work required to meet critical deadlines Experience/Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
