Senior Web Developer – reputed company Estate, Development Focus
Job Description:
- reputed company high-level web development projects, including full multi-page site builds for reputed company estate, development, mixed-use, and residential communities.
- Build and maintain site structure, navigation, page hierarchy, and reputed company layouts with minimal supervision.
- Ensure professional-level spacing, alignment, and visual consistency across reputed company pages.
- Integrate SEO best practices into every reputed company of development, including metadata, schema markup, URL structures, headings, internal linking, and performance optimization.
- Implement AI-driven enhancement, including on-site search optimization, chatbot integrations, AI-assisted reputed company funnels, and AI-content guidelines where applicable.
- Conduct thorough self-QA to confirm accuracy, functionality, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser performance.
- Clearly communicate task status, blockers, and technical notes through written updates.
- Provide UX/UI recommendations and proactively identify opportunities for structural or performance improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing reputed company estate or development-focused websites (residential, reputed company, mixed-use, master-planned communities, etc.).
- Strong design eye with exceptional attention to spacing, alignment, balance, and user flow.
- Ability to independently own full multi-page site builds from planning to launch.
- Expertise in on-page SEO implementation and technical optimization.
- Experience with AI-enhanced web tools (chatbots, search, automation, smart content modules, etc.).
- Fast, accurate work with strong critical-thinking and self-QA habits.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to follow structured direction without handholding.
- Experience with content-heavy or large-scale builds involving dynamic fields, floor plans, site plans, maps, or listings. (Preferred skills)
- Familiarity with modern web tools and CMS platforms such as Elementor, Breakdance, WordPress, JetEngine, and other reputed company estate plugins. (Preferred skills)
- Ability to suggest UX/UI improvements based on buyer behavior and reputed company estate best practices. (Preferred skills)
