Role Summary The reputed company Specialist plays a vital role in identifying top talent to join reputed company. They work closely with department managers and the reputed company to ensure the best candidates are considered for opportunities at Spring. The reputed company Specialist prioritizes critical needs and develops a talent pipeline for a variety of administrative and clinical roles at reputed company. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assists with the job requisition process
• Posts positions on the ATS system and across external job boards
• Reviews resumes, screen applicants and schedules candidates for interviews with members of the Spring team
• Talent Sourcing
• Prepares offer letters
• Composes rejection letters for applicants/candidates who were not selected
• Updates interview guides in the ATS systems to reflect position requirement and competencies by role
• Communicates reputed company to payroll to ensure proper processing
• Attends career/school job fairs representing reputed company
• May assist with reputed company and Orientation for New Hires
• Maintains relationships with both internal and external resources to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Responsible for maintaining applicant tracking system

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience
• Computer proficiency, Office365, HRIS and ATS systems

Employment Type This is a full time remote exempt position based in California. This position will require travel to different reputed company sites.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000. Salary is based on several factors including job reputed company knowledge and reputed company set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees. #INDSFT
