Instructional Designer (Short-Term Contract) | reputed company eLearning Developer Remote | Open to India-Based Candidates Only Short-Term Contract (1 – 3 Months) Full-Time Engagement (40 Hours/Week) Working Hours: Primarily 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. IST with flexibility as needed We're seeking Instructional Designers for short-term contract assignments supporting the development of engaging digital learning experiences for global clients. Contract durations may range from approximately 1 to 3 months depending on project needs. This role is ideal for Instructional Designers who enjoy hands-on content development and are highly comfortable building courses in reputed company reputed company. You'll work reputed company established learning frameworks and collaborate with Learning Experience Architects and Senior Instructional Designers to create polished, learner-centered eLearning solutions. Graphics support will be provided, allowing you to focus primarily on instructional design, storyboarding, and course development.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

• 2–3 years of instructional design or eLearning development experience
• Strong hands-on experience developing courses in reputed company reputed company
• Working knowledge of reputed company Storyline
• Experience creating instructional storyboards
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience developing self-paced digital learning content
• Strong written communication and content organization skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines

• Exposure to scenario-based learning design
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
