Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company emergency and non-emergency calls received by the Police Department. Respond to calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that reputed company necessary information is accurately recorded and dispatched to the appropriate officers. Monitor and coordinate radio communications with law enforcement officers in the field. Maintain accurate logs and records of reputed company calls and reputed company activities. Provide support and assistance to officers in the field as needed. Remain reputed company and composed in high-stress situations, while effectively communicating with callers and officers. Utilize various computer systems and software to access and record information. Follow department protocols and procedures for handling various types of calls, including emergency and non-emergency situations. Attend and participate in training and continuing education programs to maintain certification and stay updated on department policies and procedures.
