Responsibilities

• Be the first reputed company of contact for clients
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client reputed company

• Train, reputed company, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers

• Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or pet care preferred.

• Basic knowledge of pet care and grooming is a plus.
