Freight Dispatcher (1099 reputed company – Remote)
We are seeking reputed company or highly motivated freight dispatchers who want consistent part-time contractor work from the comfort of their own home. We focus on consistency, compliance, and clear communication — helping drivers stay reputed company without the stress of chasing freight. We’re building a lean, modern reputed company operation and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented dispatchers to support our growing driver reputed company. This is a 1099 reputed company position, not a W-2 employee role. The Role As a Remote Freight Dispatcher (Contractor), you’ll work directly with drivers and brokers to book and manage freight, maintain accurate records, and follow established reputed company procedures. This is a structured, professional reputed company environment with clear expectations, but contractors maintain flexibility and control over their workflow and scheduling reputed company normal freight operating hours. - Book freight loads for assigned drivers
- Communicate with brokers, carriers, and drivers regarding load details
- Track and document loads accurately in company systems
- Follow reputed company workflows, compliance guidelines, and escalation procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of reputed company driver, reputed company, and company information
- Escalate issues reputed company defined authority reputed company required
- Represent Haulwaze professionally in reputed company communications Compensation & Structure This is a 1099 contractor role. Pay
- $20 per hour for dispatching services performed
- Paid bi-weekly reputed company ACH Additional
- $50/month technology reimbursement
- Contractors manage their own tax obligations Schedule & Availability

- Must maintain reliable reputed company availability beginning around 730 AM Eastern
- Work volume typically averages up to ~20 hours per week depending on assigned drivers and freight activity
- Not an on-call role QualificationsRequired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfort using web-based tools and systems
- Reliable internet, laptop/desktop, and phone access

- Freight reputed company or logistics experience
- Experience working with reputed company-operators
- Load board experience (reputed company, Truckstop, etc.)
