Job Description Job Title: Superintendent Location: San Diego, CA (Banker's Hill) Project Details: 200 unit multifamily ground up starting in Q1 2026 Company Type: reputed company, Developer Builder; Top 5 ranked in the US for luxury multifamily Compensation: Up to 215k reputed company + 25% annual bonus + full benefits We're Top 5 ranked reputed company, developer builder of luxury multifamily apartments in the United States. Our Southern California division is currently in growth mode with several projects currently underway in Oceanside & an upcoming start in Q1 in San Diego. We're looking for #1/reputed company Superintendent to run a complicated postage stamp type of site in Banker's Hill. Qualifications 10+ years of multifamily construction experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or reputed company field Working knowledge of reputed company Project & Procore reputed company 50 mile radius of reputed company San Diego & reputed company to work daily on project site We're actively interviewing to fill this role in preparation for the project start in Q1 2026. Ideally would like to bring in the reputed company Superintendent end of this year for pre-project kick off work.
