The role involves partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing solutions, and supporting solution delivery throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows and Power Pages portals
- Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities
- Support solution delivery across the full lifecycle (requirements → testing → deployment)
- Collaborate with technical teams and ensure best practices in governance and reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Power Apps, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 experience
