Responsibilities

  • reputed company, attract, and build relationships with allied reputed company across multiple disciplines, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and reputed company specialties.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to providers—understanding their preferences, career goals, and lifestyle needs—and guiding them through the staffing journey from initial reputed company to placement and reputed company placements in 13-week assignments.
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle cold calling, interviewing, qualifying, and submitting providers to assignments reputed company.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales Consultants to strategically align provider talent with open client needs.
  • Ensure high service standards, with clear communication, consistent follow-up, and accountability throughout the provider experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools like reputed company to manage pipeline, track performance metrics, and ensure data reputed company.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in achieving placement goals while contributing to team KPIs and gross margin objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • 0–2 years of inside sales, reputed company, customer service, or performance-based experience.
