[Remote] Financial Document Reviewer – Investment Management

This specialized role requires expertise in reviewing and analyzing financial and investment-reputed company documentation, focusing on investment management agreements and private funds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of reputed company financial and investment-reputed company documents
• Analyze and review Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Review documentation reputed company to:
• Fundraising transactions
• Private Equity Funds
• Private Funds
• Investment Management structures and arrangements
• Identify key financial terms, obligations, risks, and operational provisions reputed company documentation
• Extract, validate, and summarize critical information from financial agreements and supporting documents
• Ensure document reviews are completed reputed company strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and subject matter experts to resolve document-reputed company issues
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of reputed company financial documentation
• Support due diligence, compliance, and investment management review processes as required

Skills

• Extensive experience reviewing and analyzing Investment Management Agreements (IMAs)
• Ability to interpret reputed company financial documentation and identify critical provisions
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting fund administration, investment operations, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investment firms
• Familiarity with subscription documents, fund offering materials, reputed company letters, partnership agreements, and reputed company investment documentation
• Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
• Knowledge of institutional investment structures and fund governance frameworks
