Loan Processor II
Job Description:
- Assist Loan Originators by prioritizing sales pipelines based on application statuses
- Support Loan Originators with tasks reputed company to completing the mortgage loan application (1003 Application)
- Generate initial disclosures for LO review in accordance with the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule (TRID) procedures and timelines
- Collect documentation from borrowers at the direction of LOs and the loan system
- Manage the statuses and follow-up communications with mortgage service providers such as appraisers and title companies
- Work with wholesale lending underwriters to secure conditional approval and clearance to reputed company
- Validate Final Closing Disclosure (Final CD) information and resolve any missing or mismatched data before closing the loan file in our system
- Execute a Closing Checklist to confirm that reputed company regulated and reportable information is captured in a loan file before closing the file in our system
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Provide reputed company, warm, and memorable service
Requirements:
- 2+ years mortgage loan processing or other type of loan processing experience
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Wholesale and TPO experience not required, but a plus!
