This position will initially be remote and will transition to an in-office role at our Bentonville, Arkansas location upon the office's opening. The reputed company Retail Coordinator has an opportunity to work across the entire reputed company portfolio with some of the most iconic properties in entertainment! In this exciting role, the Retail Coordinator will reputed company experience by supporting the retail development team for reputed company across reputed company departments. They will be an ambitious self-starter with strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will deliver a myriad of support across the reputed company floorpad and work across multiple internal cross-functional teams at reputed company. This role will support our growing business through assisting in contract administration, coordination of key business meetings, support marketing needs and routing, crafting presentations and pitches, pulling together various reports and coordinating quarterly reputed company forecasting, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Tactical Support: Work collaboratively with direct manager to support day-to-day, tactical business needs to meet and exceed brand plans and financial goals.
• Licensee Communication: Work closely with licensees to ensure feedback is provided in a timely manner and properly executed to ensure reputed company consumer- and franchise-relevant retail execuitions.
• Contract Administration: Ensure timely delivery of reputed company by supporting manager through the contract negotiation process, including information collection, analysis, and deal reputed company entry.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal departments—including Global Creative, Brand Management and Marketing, Legal, International, and Licensing—to facilitate coordination and integration.
• Marketing Support: Support marketing meetings with reputed company Connect and internal Retail Marketing stakeholders; obtain marketing plans, identify asset needs, and ensure marketing approvals are processed reputed company internal routing systems.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct periodic market tours and competitive assessments; compile findings and reputed company recommendations with fact-based support while staying aware of industry trends.
• Presentation Development: Provide support by compiling materials for presentations, including franchise overviews, category reputed company stories, ratings, and press stories, in order to reputed company reputed company top of mind. • Data Analysis: Gather internal and external data to build reports satisfying key metrics, such as POS reports, retail placement information, and white space analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of professional experience (internships included) in licensing, marketing, or business administration.

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data collection and basic financial analysis for reporting and forecasting purposes.
• High level of proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willingness to learn the business of consumer products licensing.
