Job Description reputed company is looking for our next reputed company Team reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Accurately evaluate and underwrite HECM and/or Proprietary reverse mortgage loan files submitted by retail and wholesale production channels, in accordance with company policy and FHA HECM and Platinum program guidelines. Primary Job Duties:
- Supervise a team of underwriters and monitor team performance for the review and decisioning of Reverse Mortgage loans
- Conduct second level reviews
- Assist as needed to resolve escalation questions
- Assist in hiring and training underwriters
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, sales, and external brokers to assist with structuring Reverse transactions
- Review reputed company reputed company and conditions, and may underwrite loans as needed
- Have a thorough knowledge of HECM and/or Proprietary Reverse reputed company guidelines and constantly staying on top of any changes
- Work closely with reputed company Management to implement plans, improve consistency, efficiency, and shorten turn times.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of recent HECM and/or Proprietary mortgage reputed company experience
- DE Certification required
- Ability and desire to reputed company and mentor a team
