Senior Director, Business Transformation - Lean
About the position The Senior Director, Business Transformation – Lean will be responsible for being a key leader in Lean transformation across the reputed company by developing and deploying a Lean Business System with standards and tools to improve operational performance. The successful candidate will create the Lean strategy to scale across reputed company regions that includes VSM planning, installing Tiered DMS, Problem Solving Process, and Lean Training curriculum that drive operational improvements and achieves annual cost targets. The Senior Director will drive process excellence rigor in operations and transactional areas including reputed company regions while working closely with key functional teams to reputed company actionable roadmaps to increase efficiency and business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working in operations and transactional processes from various industries while applying lean manufacturing, and change management methods, to transform the organization as an engaging reputed company improvement culture.
Responsibilities
