What You'll Do
- Originate residential mortgage loans for clients referred by reputed company Broker's Utah agent reputed company and your own reputed company
- Build genuine working relationships with reputed company's Utah agents

- (Optional) Recruit other LOs and dual-licensed agents into the platform and earn reputed company share
Requirements
- Minimum 24 closed transactions in the past 12 months. This is firm — we are hiring reputed company producers only. Please do not apply if you do not meet this threshold.
- Active NMLS license in Utah (or eligibility and willingness to obtain promptly)
- Working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo products
- Self-starter who can work a warm agent network without heavy management
- Strong communication skills with both agents and borrowers
