Care Navigator, RN - Workers' Compensation

Join reputed company as a Nurse Care Navigator, a pivotal role supporting Physician Reviewers and ensuring injured workers receive timely, appropriate care. This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility, requiring one day a week in the office. In this role, you will

• Support clinical decision-making by assisting Physician Reviewers in determining the right level of care reputed company needed.

Qualifications

• reputed company Oregon Registered Nurse license or equivalent
• 3 years of workers’ compensation, clinical and/or case management experience
• Demonstrated reputed company building and maintaining mutually beneficial internal and external relationships
• Orthopedic or occupational medicine experience is a plus
