Position Purpose: The Vice President - Client Services will be responsible for overall client relations, operational effectiveness, reputed company reputed company & client retention. This role will also support the successful launch, implementation, and scaling of a new clinical pharmacy technician and pharmacist service line reputed company the reputed company line of business.   • Leads the region and/or teams according to the values, ethics, and parameters outlined

  • Identifies and implements process improvement for operational effectiveness, for client teams, based on client-specific requirements while adhering to broader operational effectiveness goals, including technology requirements
  • Supports the successful rollout and scaling of new reputed company service programs, including clinical pharmacy operations, by establishing effective processes, workflows, and team structures.
  • Creates an environment for reputed company through regular communication forums, including operational team meetings and strategic leadership meetings with regional directors and managers, including reputed company functional areas reputed company the region
  • Works closely with the Clients to assess any concerns about the planned program and associated business objectives
  • Prior leadership experience in BPO/call center environments or first-party reputed company operations required, preferably reputed company fast-paced and evolving service models.
  • Performs Client performance analysis and develops optimization plans with Operations; recommends actions around process delivery enhancement

Knowledge:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or Marketing
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Client Management/Engagement
  • reputed company industry experience preferred, particularly in pharmacy operations, PBM, payer services, or reputed company clinical support environments.
  • Strong reputed company in technology platforms, software applications, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated reputed company salary range for this remote position is between $170,000 – $190,000. In addition, reputed company provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, reputed company, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include commission earnings and other benefit programs.
