We are seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our team. This role is an ideal opportunity for a professional looking to bring their content strategy, project management and... writing skills to advance the learning experience within one of the fastest growing organizations. Key job responsibilities ?Collaborate with global stakeholders on multiple learning problems, delivering solutions independently with limited guidance. ?Create scalable systems to produce learning content, including online/mobile-learning modules, info graphics, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio, animation), and/or other training materials. ?Create, maintain and improve the curriculum and learning content to ensure that delivery partners are receiving the right materials to enable them to be successful in their jobs. ?Drive efficiencies on the team by improving, streamlining, or eliminating excess process. ?Contribute to the overall global learning strategy. ?Mentor and develop other learning experience designers on the team. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree 6 years+ of instructional design experience. 4 years+ of project management experience. Work samples or portfolio showcasing experience using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar to create digital learning including Animation, Film and Graphics. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Graduate degree in Instructional Design, Learning, Educational Technology, or work in a related field Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and/or content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g., CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.) Experience working with startup-specific learning content. Experience communicating complex concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals. Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar to create digital learning including Animation, Film and Graphics. Experience with emerging tech trends for content creation (e.g. web-based Learning Platforms, Social Learning, Gamification, Virtual Reality, Augmented reality and HTML5). The base pay for this position ranges from $101,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,600/year in our highest geographic market.
