This remote position offers the opportunity to support various departments within the organization by providing administrative assistance, managing schedules, and facilitating communication. Key Responsibilities: •

  • Manage calendars and schedules for executives and team members.

  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistical arrangements.

  • Screen and manage incoming calls and emails, prioritizing correspondence as needed.

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.

  • Conduct research and compile data as requested.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role.
