Implementation Project Specialist Data Validation/Dual Maintenance

Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team under our Payroll/HCM Practice for an ADP WFN SME who can support with data validation and dual maintenance during the implementation ... Responsibilities: • Support client in Dual Maintenance • Support client in Data Verification • Support client in payroll go live and testing Dual Maintenance / Data Validation: A big part of the process for dual maintenance and data validation is the training it provides to the client. Although the consultant will be managing the updates, it's important that the consultant is engaging the client in the process to understand how these changes are being managed in their WFN system. It would be important for the consultant to work directly with the client, having the client make the changes so they can be guided through the process. Data Validation & Learning Call: The ADP Payroll Specialist should include the consultant on the Validation & Learning call. This will allow everyone to hear the same information and the consultant to reiterate that dual maintenance is in effect and how they will manage going forward, along with providing training to the client in this area. Project Closure: Prior to project closure, the consultant should inquire of the ADP PM and client if there are any open items regarding data validation/dual maintenance to be addressed. Once the project is completed, the consultant should be sending the ADP PM and Client an email identifying that the project is closed out and that their system access should be removed. Duration: This project is 75 hours with the ability to extend.
