Lean Transformation Executive

A well-known and highly respected global manufacturing firm is seeking an Executive-level Lean Transformation Leader to join their team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for partnering with and mentoring key organizational leaders in the implementation of Lean principles for the purpose of transforming businesses and altering financial performance outcomes for the better. This role... has Enterprise-wide influence and will initially focus on the improvement of cash flow across all businesses. Working closely with Divisional Executive Leadership, you will develop and implement strategies, drawing on your vast experience, that will right-size inventory, optimize procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, and other working capital improvement levers.
