In this remote, part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with American Airlines. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. •

  • Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and navigating the American Airlines website.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Provide information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures.
