TPO Partner Support Associate

Responsible for assisting and providing support to Wholesale Third Party Originator (TPO) Partners and sales support. EXPECTATIONS... • Assists partners with the pre-application process. • Reviews all TPO Partner documentation for new approval and/or re-certification. • Processes TPO partner Applications for final approval. • Sets up newly approved accounts in Archer. • Sets up new users in ReverseVision, Link, Salesforce, and Quantum Reverse. • Monitors and processes Comergence Alerts.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - REQUIRED • High School Diploma QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES • Minimum 1 year experience in the Reverse Mortgage Industry. • Prior understanding of FAR mortgage processes. • Prior experience supporting Wholesale Account Executives and TPO Partners. • Ability to problem solve and handle TPO Partner inquiries. • Ability to handle daily new business, monthly recertifications, emails and alerts with a high level of customer service. • Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills. • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
