Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a demanding environment. Job Responsibilities: Engage with clients via online chat to address inquiries and concerns. Provide detailed information about our products and services through online chat. Resolve product issues and troubleshoot client concerns effectively via online chat. Maintain accurate client records and update interactions in our system. Stay informed about our evolving products and services to provide up-to-date information. Actively participate in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training. Required skills and qualifications: Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum typing speed of thirty-five words per minute. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and well-groomed appearance Ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
