Job Description: Verizon is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients remotely... Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in the database. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients. 6. Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Dedicated and energetic personality traits. 7. Soft skills in persuasion and cooperation. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
