As a Member Experience Operator (MEO) you will be helping our members everyday. You care about helping others and have great customer service skills and we want to leverage your skills and help you achieve the most for yourself. - Responsibilities and accountabilities with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that clearly indicate how you'll determine, measure and know the employee is performing as required.
Locations currently Hiring: Greater Phoenix area(You must live in the state of Arizona!)
- Must be someone who likes to have fun, and enjoy helping others
- 1 year in a customer service related role is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Bilingual (Spanish/English), highly desired and comes with immediate $1 per hour bump in pay
We are transparent in our hourly rate for a Member Experience Operators (MEO):
- Starts at $15.24 an hour
