As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: ? Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 F&O, NAV, and Power BI. ? Development and Customization: Develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs, including custom entities, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations. ? Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. ? Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications, utilizing APIs, connectors, and middleware to facilitate data exchange and process automation. ? Data Modeling and Analysis: Utilize Power BI to design and develop insightful dashboards, reports, and analytics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. ? Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions for improved efficiency and scalability. ? Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-users and facilitate knowledge transfer. ? Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Dynamics 365 solutions, troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing upgrades as necessary. Qualifications: ? Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. ? Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and NAV, including configuration, customization, and development. ? Proficiency in Power BI for designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics. ? Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 integration techniques, such as data migration, web services, and API integration. ? Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL query optimization. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ? Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power BI are a plus, such as: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Functional Consultant Associate Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Engineer Associate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O and NAV. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Dynamics 365 solutions. Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX expressions, and visualization design. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Experience With Agile/Scrum Methodologies Is Preferred.
