As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Chewy, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities •

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Provide product information, assist with orders, and process returns and exchanges.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Chewy products and services.

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and quality service.

• Required Skills and Qualifications •

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
