Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and create unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs. Have an in-depth understanding of global travel trends. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements. Stay up-to-date on the latest travel deals and discounts. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
