Artificial Intelligence - AI Program Manager

They are looking for a Program Manager to establish and ensure the sustainability of an AI Center of Excellence, aiding the client's operational efficiency. In this role you can expect to... have the responsibilities: • Manage overall program and project management activities for timely communication and execution • Oversee the development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies • Implement continuous improvement protocols for AI projects and initiatives • Develop a comprehensive program roadmap with milestones and timelines • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives and KPIs • Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget • Utilize project management methodologies for resource allocation and risk management • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution • Develop training and resource plans and best practices documentation • Conduct stakeholder meetings to promote AI technology adoption • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in AI initiatives • Track and analyze program performance using data-driven insights • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders • Implement feedback mechanisms to incorporate lessons into future programs • Stay updated with latest AI advancements and provide technical guidance • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and frameworks This role comes with the following benefits: • Flexible schedules • Remote work options • Healthy work-life balance This role requires you to have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in program and project management • Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning frameworks • Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory considerations in AI • Proven record of managing complex programs • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities • Ability to obtain a DOE Q-Clearance You would benefit from having: • Experience with agile and lean project management methodologies • PMP or PgMP certification • Experience in a national laboratory setting RS21 is a rapidly expanding data science firm using AI to help organizations make impactful decisions.
