Job Summary: American Express is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information that supports our business operations. Key Responsibilities: •

  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and software systems.

  • Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.

  • Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and quality.

  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and privacy.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with data entry software and databases.

• Experience: •

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry experience.
