Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is now hiring experienced, dependable, and friendly Customer Service Specialist to accompany their REMOTE TEAM! Position: Customer Service Specialist Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 7am-8pm CST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided Start Date: Mid-August 2024 Job Details: • Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls. • Provide good customer service and empathy. • Heavy data entry. • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
