Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences, Informatics, Finance, Economics, MIS If no Bachelor's degree, 5 or more years of equivalent work experience in an analytical area Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with a curious mindset 6 months or greater experience with software systems configuration analysis and testing Any prior experience with SAS or SQL is a plus Mid-level to proficient comprehension in Excel and knowledge of software development life cycle Knowledge of defined contributions is a huge plus Strong ability to learn through formal and on the job training Organized with ability to prioritize work and adjust to change efficiently and thoughtfully Effective written and oral communication skills and ability to convert technical language into everyday language Strong logical and mathematical thinker who enjoys structure and rules, but also has a desire to think outside the box and improve process efficiency Equipment provided. 7a-5p CST M-Fri $30/hr DOE Do you have a curious mindset and love to troubleshoot problems? You will be in charge of completing deliverables to meet the client’s highest expectations while constantly learning about Defined Contribution plans and our tools. You will get to do all of this while interacting and working in-person and virtually with colleagues from our offices all over the world. Job Responsibilities Test and troubleshoot proprietary software along with presenting findings Problem solve issues found by clients and use Alight’s tools to fix the situation Ask questions, dig deep into the issues, analyze what is really going on Learn what DC is all about through developing an understanding of clients, best practices, and the standard delivery model Determine results, document defects, and resolve client system issues that may arise Work with practice support to resolve issues and enhancements which require additional support Consult and coordinate with customer care Provide status updates of assigned work, raise risks with meeting deliverables, and notify manager of available capacity Collaborate with colleagues across Client Delivery and Operations teams, ensuring quality in delivery Due to specific position requirements, we cannot hire from the following locations for this opportunity: OCONUS, Montana and Rhode Island • Due to the nature of this position, US citizenship is required.
