Job Description: JetBlue Airways is seeking a customer-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Associate at our location in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles... Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to JetBlue Airways passengers, both in person and over the phone - Assist with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving customer inquiries - Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Communicate effectively with other departments within JetBlue Airways to resolve customer issues efficiently - Stay up-to-date on JetBlue Airways policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong planning and organizational skills - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits: - Company transportation for employees - Retirement plan options - Travel and spending expenses covered for work-related trips Working Environment: At JetBlue Airways, we uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
