Role Description This is a full-time completely remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Trashcans Unlimited, LLC. This position includes Paid Training. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries over the phone or through email regarding order updates, status, tracking, delivery, etc.,
- Learning the Company's base product knowledge to adequately assist customers in order placement
- Providing support or direction
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
